NxtAsia Consulting was established as an in-house consultancy by the Private-Equity firm Andlinger & Company, who for more than 30 years has been in the business of building enduring profitability for the companies it acquires.

To ensure the competitive edge of business activities, Andlinger & Company established an in-house consultancy in Shanghai. NxtAsia Consulting´s initial role was to serve affiliated Andlinger portfolio companies in all matters of business in Asia.
Today, our company is a full-service provider in the field of "Supply Chain Optimization" and a specialist in Asia advisory. We master all aspects of Supply Chain but have key expertise in the sub-domain supplier management and supplier development.
