“Success is your choice” – a philosophy Mr. Robert Castello an American-Italian followed in his life and at his work. As a man of operations he learned the business from scratch before he became a successful leader for well-known international enterprises (W.R. Grace, Seatrain Lines, Mc Kesson Drug Co. etc.).
In his function as Chairman of Ethox Corporation and as Managing Director of Andlinger & Company Inc. he has been one of the pioneers who have seen the potential of the Asian market at an early stage. Due to his driving force both companies successfully established operations in China.
With his experience he gained in more than 3 decades Mr. Robert Castello is involved in all strategic decisions of NxtAsia and business development of the company as well.

“Money is a good servant but a bad master” – to be successful in people business you have to live and show service mentality in excellence. Through his whole career Mr. Min proved his sense for cross-border clients’ satisfaction.
His early interest in the topics globalization and competitiveness resulted in his work for international first grade hotels and the exhibitions industry (Reed exhibitions). This was followed by many years of consulting experience for an international management consultancy. Eventually he was leading the Asian business for the same firm with offices in Shanghai, Shenzhen and Kuala Lumpur. After he earned his merits Mr. Min joined Andlinger & Company Inc. to commercialize their existing sourcing house in China and to develop it to a professional consultancy named NxtAsia.
Mr. Min is a German national with Asian roots who served American and European enterprises. With his understanding of the different cultures he is NxtAsia’s Commander & Chief in operations. Beside his focus on NxtAsia’s business development Mr. Min oversees the overall day-to-day running of the company.
 
 
Roger F. Crosby

Over the past twenty years, Roger has led a number of companies and developed a strong reputation for generating strong growth. From 1993 to 2006, Roger led the turnaround of a small failing aerospace supply company into one of the largest and most successful players in the industry. In 2005, Roger was nominated for Entrepreneur of the Year for transforming a local parts supplier into an international aerospace logistics leader. 

Roger holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering and a Master’s degree in Business Administration, with advanced studies in Government Public Administration and Philosophy.

 
 
Pierre J. Kfoury

Pierre began his professional career at IBM's Design Automation Laboratories, before founding in 1987 the Leverage Company, a leading management and operational consulting with a proven approach to fast turnarounds and rapid growth. Over the past twenty years, Pierre has led more than a hundred assignments across a broad spectrum of industries. Some of his clients include Alcoa, Allied Signal, Caliper Life Sciences, E. I. DuPont, Engelhard Corporation, Ingersoll Dresser Pumps and the US Navy.

Pierre holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics and a Master’s degree in Mathematics.
