Seoul Min is CEO of The NxtAsia Consulting Group. He has served as CEO since January 2008.

Under his leadership, NxtAsia Consulting has continued its strong growth across the Asian region and capabilities to drive innovation and transformation. Seoul oversaw the launch of NxtAsia Consulting’s “One-Stop Solution” concept, which is based on the principle of a single communication window for multiple tasks. The strong development of NxtAsia’s services enabled the company to approach the growth topic from various angles.

Seoul is a member of several leading organizations and a frequent speaker for Asian business topics. In addition he has a strong connection to his alma mater at CEIBS (China Europe International Business School), the leading business school in China and in Asia, where he obtained his EMBA degree in 2012. In March 2017 he was awarded with the Ambassador Excellence Award of Ceibs, a price dedicated to one alumnus for being an excellent representative of the school.

Previously, Seoul served as the Managing Director of Andlinger & Company’s China branch. Andlinger & Company is a private equity firm with offices in Europe and United States.

Prior to joining Andlinger & Company, Seoul was the Asia head of a major European consulting firm in the field of supply chain management and procurement excellence. He started his professional career as management consultant in year 2001.

Seoul received an EMBA from CEIBS, and a BA in business administration from the University of Cologne. He is an ethnic Korean and German citizen.
